Is this Coolant leak from my radiator?

My M35 has been having an issue where the electrical fans are always on. COLD ignition - On -Warm engine- on
Someone told me to checks for leaks. At that time I didnt find anything.

2 months later, I found a small half-dollar size coolant puddle on my floor. So few questions

1) Can this leak cause my fans to be on always? (The fans are even on if the engine is off (cold or hot engine) but the car is in accessory mode) Only time fans are off is when car is completely OFF.

2) Does this leaks look like its coming from the radiator? (Im 99% sure, since its ON the radiator but need some backing up or opinions

3) Is repairing possible or replacement?

Trying to find how to attach photos but its coming from the very top of the radiator near the black moldings

No, fans on always are generally a sign of a bad fan control relay or IPDM.

My bet is on a bad fan relay.
