Is this convertible worth $5,000?

Hey, Since I'm a non-convertible S13 owner I need your guys' help on pricing this beast. 1993 convertible From what I saw when I went there, no rust, but... bad noises were coming from inside the block. Like a hollow thunking noise. It sounded very different from my timing chain guide rattle. Also, the guy didn't know if the A/C worked If anyone out there in the Melbourne area wants to sell me a decent S13 drop me an e-mail at: [email protected]

The bad:

Bad motor?No A/C?Probably needs door panel repairsTrans probably won't shift into 2nd when cold

Not worth $5K.

If the motor is good, it's worth $4k IMO at the MOST.

It does NOT have ABS.

The verts did, however, use the larger ABS rotors and pads. The owner is confused.

Yeah, I do think $5,000 is way too much, but I'm still going to look for a decent s13 or s14. Plus, these dealerships are too sketchy.ABS? Yeah, kinda like the Autozone guys who ask me if I got the V6 option Thanks for the replies as I will keep on hunting.
