Assuming that it has the VG30DETT, is this car going to pass the smog test in California?

Thanks for pointing the obvious but I was actually referring to the VG30DETT's legality on the street in California. So allow me to rephrase my question.. Is this car worth it for $6800 and is it legal on the streets of California?

Well, the car was available for sale in all 50 states... There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to get it smogged. You might need to check about the CARB #s for the intake, ECU, & exhaust though.

Well, anyone can just about pass smog if they have money and the right connection. So no one here has a 1990 and up 300zx TT in CA?
