Is this bumper part replaceable?

Excuse my very poor attempt of highlighting this but is this plastic part replaceable on the front bumper?
Is it just like the fog light housing and simply pops out or is is set permanently in the bumper?

I tried the usual google search options already and honestly I don't even know what it is called. I simply want to replace it as it got craked a few days ago.

Any help will be gretly appreciated. Thanks

Judging from my sedan bumper, it's not replaceable. It's solid with the rest of the front bumper

It's solid to the bumper check out a lower bumper mesh grille to cover it maybe?

when i took off my bumper it was attached and didn't seem to be removable unfortunately
