When at idle sitting at a red light I will get an occasional vibration coming form the engine that lasts for several seconds then will go. It is not extreme in any case, I can just feel it slightly vibrating at my feet. What could cause this- anything to worry about?

I wouldn't worry about it, it's pretty normal. You might be able to lessen the vibrating by completing the idle air volume learning procedure, but it's not absolutely necessary.

It could also be when the radiator fan starts... I know mine does a slight vibration when it starts and I have learned to recognize it when it happens... If you really keep attention, you can sens it start then stops... if it is the fan, then you should get this alot more when it is hot outside....

Now that you mention that I see exactly what you mean! I was sitting in line at White Castle (it was a fat night for me) and I could feel the slight vibration from the fan clutch engaging.

It could also a sign that the 1) MAF needs cleaning 2) MAF is going out 3) Spark Plugs 4) Ignition Coils. When it does this slight vibration is the tachometer dropping? I don't mean to freak you out, right now I'm a little paranoid because of my recent R50 troubles.

No, RPM's stay constant when i feel the vibration. I have noticed it a little more noticeable in the past few weeks, and it has been getting hotter out. Hopefully it's the fan

If you take good care of your Pathy then I'm sure there's nothing to worry about.

May also be your A/C compressor cycling on and off, along with the fan.
