Nope, looks like a Z31 T3 to me. Or maybe an RB25 turbo.

IMO, the T3 is a better turbo for the KA than the T25.

what can i expect out of 7 to 9 psi?

take a pic of where the exhaust mani connects to the turbine side, that should determine which flange to use doesn't it?(tho maybe the turbo>down pipe tells that)

the z31 uses the 7 bolt flange pictured above.

just wondering..is that 2 vaccuum ports? why does it require 2?

A T3/T4 makes 230-260whp at 7-9psi.I think a T3 would require 10-12psi to make 260whp. I'm curious to see if it can hit 300whp at 15psi.
