Most Likely, yes.

But what are you trying to sell him, how much is it worth? The whole email sounds like a bunch of excuses and justifications. How much is shipping to germany? probably not $150.

If this person is trying to purchase something for his company, I am sure he will have to fill out an expense report and all that, which means that this has to be documented. Which also means his email to you must be professional, and it doesnt sound professional to me.

Sounds like one of them Nigerian million dollar inheritance scams, but could also be someone who doesn't speak English well...I guess depends on the context. I'd use caution while/if dealing with this guy...just my 2

tell him to call you or make sure ur money goes through and u get it out of paypal and into ur bank.. but if he files a complaint then they will take everything back and u wont be able to get ur item back

paypal isnt that safe.I've had an experience where I sold an item (was 20$ so no big deal)but I receive the pmt but then like 2 months later they took the money back for some reason.

I got screwed by someone on paypal, then screwed them back later. Forget this transaction man, paypal isnt that safe

This is most definitly a scam. I had responses like this when I was selling my 4th Gen Alti. I didn't know it was at first untill my uncle's wife showed me different examples of this type of scam on a website making consumers aware of the scams others try to pull off
