That is the PCV valve you need.
Heavy Throttle, PDM and a lot of other importers put a mark up on their product.
Little known fact: some shops use nissan dealers, like courtesy, that can order off the japanese catalogue to supply their OEM parts inventory. They end up charging a mark up to make profit, when you can undercut that by going straight to the source.
Also, the parts off the japanese catalogue tend to be lower in cost than off the US catalogue due to warehouse distribution. The flipside is that it takes forever to get anything from Japan because it's hard to order off their catalogue. West Covina will put in special orders for Japanese parts that aren't normally in inventory, but expect to pay in full up front and wait about 90 days.
The US catalogue tends to be more expensive because of the markup that the distribution chain adds in.
Case in point. I had to order valve cover studs for my motor rebuild project. They short studs I ordered through my local dealer. If I remember correctly, I was charged about 3 bucks a pop for them. The center stud is a Japanese only part, and I spent a while finding someone who could order them. West Covina charged me $1.30 for it. And you can pretty much bet that the price difference was because of distribution markup.
Doing a quick search on Midway pulled up a PCV valve for a Sentra SE-R running $7.75.
EDIT: Called up my parts man just a moment ago and gave him the p/n 11810-79E01 (PCV Valve off the RWD SR parts list) and it pulled the PCV Valve for a Sentra SE-R. That tells me that Nissan used the same valve for both motors, which would explain why Courtesy carries it for the price they do. The importers are just making a mark up by saying RWD SR OEM. Also, if you do decide to order from your local dealer to save shipping, you can give them the above p/n or the updated p/n the system pulled 11810-79E02
