They say there 16in. I didn't think the turbine wheels came in 16in size. Is this right? I'll drop the guy an email.

But I've been wrong before. I thought the first 16's on a Q came in 1997 (20-slot) and on the 1997 touring (5-spoke).

My Q had those wheels on it when I bought it. They ARE 16s.

Nope. Never. No 16" turbines.

To my knowledge, Infiniti only made 2 16" rims: 20-spoke (like I just took off my car) and the 5-spoke (only found on the touring edition). They were on the 1997 and 1998 Q.

My 1995 Standard Q45 has them and they are 15". Maybe the I30 had 16", but I don't know.

I have the "1997 touring (5-spoke)" on my '91, and they are definitely 16". Like Hitman said, all G50s are factory delivered with 15".

Yes there are 16s that look exactly like that. I had them on my 96 Q when I bought it 6 months ago. I believe they came off of an I30. I have seen I30s with those wheels on them. My Infiniti wheels looked EXACTLY like the ones pictured in the link & mine were definitely 16s. I'm a teacher, I read pretty well - the tires were 16" so hence the wheels were too.

So they may have been swapped from an I30 - now THAT makes sense.

Although it's strange that Infiniti would put a 16" rim on the I but not the Q... weird.

Hitman, are you looking to get rid of those 20 spoke? I'll take them off your hand if the price is right. Let me know. I'm looking to upgrade to at least 16in. Keep the turbines for the winter tires.

Anytime Wes. You did me a favor with the FSM CD. This was the least I could do. I'll get back to you Hitman. I know I'm due for new tires next spring, after I'm done with the snow tires for next winter. If they still have the tires, it will make the deal easier. I'll email you this week Hitman. The deal breaker might be shipping to NJ from AZ.
