I have 89 s13 and I am trying to buy a new wheel.

I also plan to get a new coilover to replace my stock ones. Some people says that I should get the coilovers before I go with new wheels. Is it correct?

This question should really be asked in the suspension and tire forum. but let me point out you are taking a chance buying from Ebay, Try checking out some of the sponsors wheels and tires in the tire forum like Tire Rack or one of those places see if they can come up with something comparable and competitivly priced. The guys in there are sharp and will get you going in the right direction with your set up. Good luck to ya

Offset too high. I doubt they will clear your coilovers (or even stock stocks).Look for something around +30mm or lower.
