Is this a good price?

It's a Garrett T3 with .60/.63 trim turbo with internal wastegate, custom manifold and downpipe for about $450 shipped. The stuff is used but the turbo has no shaft play. I'm gettin the approximate mileage and info from the owner. Think this is a good price if it has low mileage.
