is this a good price? mpg question

Guys, thanks for your time. I am looking at a 2007 Armada SE' here is the link http://www.sonoranissancars.com/invento ... 826-n8104a
The price seems a bit high, especially since kbb shows this vehicle at approx 21383
And the 6 inch lift makes me think the mpg is going to drop significantly.

Price is a little high, and yes, the lift and tires will certainly reduce the MPG, expect closer to 13mpg.
