at first glance i would have to say no but if they can provide all the records of maintenance then it might be worth it because you would have the known history on the car. instead of asking us if its worth it ask yourself would you be happy buying it knowing you paid a higher price than most people would and at the end of the day if you can live with it then go for it. i bought my 92 coupe for $3000 last year and because it was what i wanted i paid more for it than i should have but at the end of the day im happy because i found the car i always wanted.

I wouldn't go more than about $2800 for an Automatic and not over $3300 for a Manual for a 1995 240sx unless the car has super low miles or comes with some good mods. It took me three months to find my Zenki when I bought it last year.
