If you can afford it with no money down and using your cash to only pay TT&L it would be better.

My personal opinion is you should never put any money down in a lease situation. Why tie up personal cash that can be better used elsewhere. Plus people typically do not purchase the vehicle after the lease term anyway so better to be conservative with your cash and not sink so much into it just to get a low payment. If you prefer to put the $5K down then I suppose it isn't a bad deal. Kind of a short term though to sink $20M into.

How many miles? That's always a problem for me with leased cars. When I get to the end, the mileage is so high that it is cheaper to buy it than to give it back.

If your putting $5k down, better buy that thing, your warranty will cover you just like a lease takes care of you. Then if you want something else after (ex.) 5 years, just sell it, then you get the money to put towards something else. Just my opinion though, i would never lease.

If you're not going to buy the car then don't put all that money down. It's not worth it.

Welcome to NICO

Buy it, don't lease.

Leases are too complicated. Go back at the end of the month and keep negotiating the price down. Obtain your own financing, home equity loan if possible so you can deduct the interest.
