I saw a '91 300zx in the paper for $1500.

He says it's in good condition, but it doesn't have a motor. I was thinking it would be a good parts car for my s13.

I figured I could get the brakes, lsd, 5 lug conv, wheels, and other goodies.

Do you think I should offer a lower price?

Thanks.

..part it out more.. i guess?

Wouldn't the stuff I take from it be worth ~1500?

It'd probably be worth it to part it out. I don't think you can get a complete 5-lug conversion for your s13 out of it though. But, assuming all the panels are straight, you should be able to get your money back out of it after you take what you want.

I would try for a lower price. It ought to part out for that.

Go as low as he will sell it for. A friend of mine did the same thing to his s13. He used the brakes, wheels, and he also put leather seats from my Z into it. Is this Z 2+2 or coupe? I'm looking in buying just the body of a Z. If you get it and want to sell the body, please inform and I'll be more than happy to buy it off of you.

Too bad. Still might be a good idea to look for though. I'm sure there are 300zx's to be parted out around there somewhere. Good luck!
