a guy is selling the 19" sport package M35 rims for 850 OBO with tires included, i have the 18" rims now and it needs 2 new tires. i have been quoted about 420 dollars for the 2 new tires. should i just upgrade and get the 19" rims instead? Also who has chromed these rims? any pics i am thinking of chroming them and not getting aftermarket rims, since for now the M is my wife's daily driver.

I would do it, especially if you need new tires and the tires on the 19s are good. Just know that when you need new tires for them you will be paying a lot again.Also make sure there is minimal curb rash. These rims seem to attract that.
