I ran across this on ebay, sounds like a good deal is it?... if it is i was thinking of getting it. Will there be any point in running just a fuel pump for now without injectors?

They can be had on ebay for less than $100 all the time. This auction is nothing special, though they have a vast amount of them. You will need the upgraded pump to avoid bogging. It is prevenative maintenance.

The stock fuel pump runs out of flow before the injectors. So that's the first weak link to fix when you start pushing more than like 8psi.
