hmm $300, thats some cheap lsd usually its $900+ for some good ones.

Your thinking of a clutch type LSD okinawa. Those are fine, but if you wanna drift, or drag race, those types will eventually wear out on you. They are good for road racing, auto-cross ect. If you plan on doing alot of hard launches or again, drifting, you really wanna save up the cash for a clutch type.
Thats not a bad deal for the complete lsd however, about average price and that comes with everything you need to install it.

^ Perfectly said. VLSD's are not worth it especially at that price plus shipping. If you want a VLSD just buy a J30 VLSD from a junkyard for around 100 bucks.
