no, thats a **** deal.
i paid 500 dollars for a KA once, and it only has 62xxx miles. 500 is higher than i wanted to pay, and its not even that great of a deal.
200 dollars for a KA is more right. i got one for that price with 120,xxx, but i had to put new bearings in it immediately. so to replace the seals i wanted to and the main and rod bearings, i was still in at under 500 dollars.
700 dollars would be good for a KA34DE, but since 3.4 liter KAs dont exist, i would tell them that 500 is more your spending territory.
