hi,

Im new here. Very close to buying a G35 coupe. I found one at a local dealer. 2005 g35 coupe..automatic...40k miles...seems to be the 'base' model...no sunroof, no nav...asking was 22k...got them to 20k.....still seems a little high based on what im seeing on the internet...especially without a nav system. There just doesnt seem to be a lot of coupes around. If this is fair or at least close to fair...i'll be buying on monday.

Any advice from you guys would be appreciated. Especially recent buyers. This is a great forum. Made choosing the G35 easy!!

that's still to high in my opinion. try looking at private party sellers around your area. they should be cheaper.

No. Too high. Check with nada.com or kbb.com to see what you should pay

^^^ Agreed, check with KBB. Target should be Private Party or below.

Would not check NADA cause their values are over inflated, but good if your insurance company or lending agency uses them.

Welcome both to Nico!!!

I agree that it sounds a little high. I would think it would be in the 17 to 18 thousand area, since it is the base model with no sunroof. Is it at an Infiniti dealership, is it certified?? That would make up the difference in the price.

yeah, the certified warranty would be a big booster if it was part of the deal

Definitely high! I just sold my 05 coupe with 36k miles with an expensive stereo system plus other mods for 19k.

Premium package, Aero package, sport package 6MT.
