Ha sorry it's been sold, there is just dispute regarding it's origin. Anyone have final answer on this?

Its actual CA18 wether is JDM or USDM is left to be determined. I see the little blue part number sticker which indicates its from a CA18. Although the Q45 is pretty much the same thing it had a Green Sticker. I think the Q45 are Hitachi and CA18 Mitsubishi.

Q45 does have a green sticker, thats whats in my car

Are there any adverse affects if the ignitor is not bolted down?

None whatsoever. It can float around your engine bay as long as the harness plugs are secured.
