Is there anyway to make the heater produce higher heat?

Winter has come to NY now, and with my heat cranked all the way up and my heated seats on, and the wearing of a jacket, I still feel cold. Is there anyway to modify the heater to produce more heat?

maybe you need to increase your Iron intake. start taking multi-vitamins, that should cure your symptoms of anemia right up.

if your still having problems, you might have a heater core problem that could only be solved by testing it, and possibly replacing it. when is the last time you have done a coolent flush?

Your air mixture door may also be malfunctioning or blocked. Slickroger posted a couple of pictures of how to diagnose the air mixture door in the 'NO HEAT' thread. I would suggest starting there, it only takes a few minutes to check.

Also, try using recirculate.

are u letting it warm up all the way? lukewarm air could be a bad thing. like if for some reason your thermostat was bad and the engine is not getting up to temp. my QX4 heater gets way too hot i cant even use it on full heat cause your face will start to melt.
