im pretty sure you could find some cheap 5 lugs same price as four lugs. I am pretty sure you would have to do a 4 lug swap to fir the four lug wheels. I havent heard of anyone going from 5 lug to 4 lug. Usually it is the other way around.

Wow, I've never heard of anyone wanting to switch from 5 to 4 to make wheels EASIER to find.

I don't know if it'd be possible or not. You might want to look into B15 SER stuff...it MIGHT work.

I wouldn't recommend it, though. 4 lug is weaker. The Max is not a Civic.

There is a reason, nobody wants/needs them.... I'm sure for the right price, you can find an upper service tire or machine shop that can re-drill them for you. Of course you will want some that hide the bolts with the center caps. There may be some adapters available on Ebay, just becasue you can find everything there. Then you also need to consider the cost/benefit ratio of your undertaking compared to buying the correct wheels. --Mike

You can't be serious? Besides the fact that 4 lug hubs are weaker than 5 lug, how could this be a way to save money?

Simply put there is no "free" way to do this. You cannot simply drill new holes in your hubs. They will become too weak and be very unsafe.

To do it and still be safe you will have to do a swap of the hubs to a 4 lug hub...and I don't believe there is a 4 lug hub that is a simple bolt on. And those hubs will cost you some money, probably as much as the difference for the rims you are looking at.

And since there is no easy swapping hub, you will have to have some custom machining done to make the hubs. That machining will cost much more than any rims you will want.

and let's not forget then that buying parts will not be an easy over the counter deal after doing the swap...more money. Just save up some money and buy the right stuff
