is there any wat to adjust camber on a s13 without coil overs

you can get comaber arms or camber plates.

BTW, you can't adjust camber with coil overs. Those are made to adjust the height of the car and use different springs with different rate (stiffness).

there isnt a way to adjust camber on a 240 with a regular alignment? Im sure there is a way.

my stock armed 90 has camber bolts in the rear, at the inside end of the stock RUCA. Odds are so does yours.

Slappy's link provides the same style bolts for the front.

also, many coilovers have camber plates in the front, to correct Soravia's statement that coilovers do nothing for camber, which isnt entirely true.

But they don't do sh1t when you lower your car. After that, you'd have to rely on front camber plates and rear upper control arms.

they do help, but if you have your car lowered far enough that you are past the 3 degree range of the camber bolts, you still have camber issues.

like my rear wheels...
