I saw a t28/to4e hybrid going on an SR at my buddies shop today. I'm not sure where he got it though (I'm in Japan).

i got a m24 garrrett big t28. .48ex and .80cold side. Steel wheels. Its for sale 300 but if u got something for trade and cash we can make a deal.
