I did some reaserch and couldn't decide what to do, the clutch is brand new same with pressure plate and flywheel throwout etc...but it's still really hard to get into gear and with the clutch down it rolls froward like an Automatic. I serched but couldn't find much other than to adjust the pedal so I'm gonna go look at that now. Just in case I can't figure it out how do I adjust the pedal?

No, there's no reason to keep the clutch damper. Take it off and never look back. You will need to bend the hard line to meet the rubber clutch line, be careful not to kink the line.

You might as well replace the rubber line with an SS one while you are at it, will improve the feel a little bit and make bleeding very quick and easy. Which, from the sounds of it, you need to bleed the system.
