Is there any difference between 95-96 and 97-98 S14 exhaust???

I see many websites selling separate Cat back systems for the kouki and zenki models. To my knowledge there was no structural difference between the 2,(just the headlights, front fenders, and hood). Am I missing something or is it the sellers just don't know what they are talking about?

Basically is there is a cat back system that is labeled as 97-98 only but I want to make sure it will work on my 95 S14 (KA24DE) with no problems.thanks.
