I am replacing the bushing (aka upper arm control) and the struts. Are there aftermarket bushings I can get?

Someone mentioned gaitors. What are gaitors? And how can I tell if the coil needs to be replaced.

In your response, please keep in mind that I am a novice at car repair!

THANKS!!!

1.) SPL has the 300ZX adustable arms back in sotck, but not on the website. You will need and alignment.

2.) The incorporate the bumps stops and shield the shock piston rod from dust and water.

3.) RTFSM!

Thanks for the info.I do not have the service manual. Is there one online that you have an address for and is it really going to tell me how I can tell if the springs are shot or is it just going to tell me how to install them?

oh, yeah I called SP for the 300zx adjustable arm and had to leave a voicemail.
