Is there an easier way to get into the back seat?

Hey everyone!

First time poster but I've been lurking for maybe a month.

So I have a Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5 SE and the drivers seat has automatic seat adjustments. You know, the electronic one? Well, when I try to get into the backseat from the drivers side, I can only move the back of the chair forward and not the whole seat forward. So far, the only way I can get into the back seat without a hassle is if I press and hold the button to move the seat forward, but that takes awhile.

Is there another way to get into the backseat from the drivers side with electronic seat adjustments? Or will I just have to tell my passengers to go through the passenger side or squeeze through the drivers side.

lol i make ALL & EVERY one of my passengers go through the passengers side if they're sitting in the back. It's just easier.

The trunk would probably be less of a hassle going in than the drivers side

Must be the passenger side. The driver side simply doesn't slide like the passenger side does. Not a big deal to tell them to get in on the other side.

I'm with everyone on this. Make em get in on the passenger side. I use to have this problem as well but not anymore since I installed race seats in the coupe. Power seats are useless anyway, especially for a 2 door. Let's face it. Unless it has memory, which ours doesn't, it's a PITA to keep adjusting it. And after you do adjust it to that right spot, how many times do you actually touch it again...

To the OP, passenger side is best. I've never had more than 3 people in my car. I wouldn't want to try to squeeze four. That's what sedans are for. It's a coupe. It is supposed to be impractical.
