I have a 2010 Rogue S with 360 package. I don't have power seats, but I was wondering if there was a way to lower the drivers seat? It feels like I'm sitting very high and would like to lower some. I'm only 5'8" and feel this way, so I don't know how someone who is 6'1" or something would feel. There must be a way right?

On my Rogue (see model on the left), there is a pump handle on the left of the seat to move it up and down.

I am 6'1" and I put it all way down (otherwise, I cannot see the clusters). My wife is 5'10" and she pumps it about 2-3 times up from the bottom.

Seat adjustment is described on pg 1-3 of your owners manual.

These are the only adjustments. There is no way to get the seat any lower.

The S model does not have the lever. Is there a more manual way to lower the driver's seat? I wonder if the driver's seat is higher in the S model than the lowest position on the SL model (at the mid point perhaps)?

I was just going to mention that... the S model does not have the seat lifter so the seat cushion is at a fixed height. Ignore the comments above.

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the seat height in your case.

Some have asked how the seat cushion could be further lowered, but there is no other adjustment available. Short of cutting and welding the seat frame, there is no way to do it.

Wow, ok, so I guess there is no way to lower seat in an S. I'll be sure to tell all of my male friends, most of whom top over 6', that if they want a Rogue, they better get the SL.

Sucks, cause I wanted an SL, but I also wanted a spoiler and mentioned to the sales guy that I was going to get a spoiler as add on for the SL and he convinced me to go with the S 360 b/c he said the spoiler looked stupid with the roof rails.

Philip, do you know if the driver's seat height in the S is in fact higher than the lowest position in the SL?

No idea. I would have to visit a dealership and measure.

Here is the measurement of the SL driver's seat from the floor (without the floor mat) to the lip of the seat:

Lowest position: 33cm (1'1'')Highest position: 35cm (1' 1 3/4")

It doesn't seem like much but it makes a big difference. I drove around with the seat in the highest position and I felt that the rear view mirror interfered with my forward visibility.

Anyone care to measure the S?

if i remember correctly i believe the middle of the seat is the part that gets a lot higher than the lip...the part where your butt sits on raises up considerably'

Good point. I'll have to measure seat middle to roof.

Not sure this is going to be that meaningful... it's kind of hard to find a point of reference. Basically I measured the vertical distance from the middle of the driver's seat up to the roof near the map lights.

Lowest seat position: 93cm (3' 0 3/4")Highest seat position: 90cm (2' 11 1/2")

So harryg, you are right. There is a greater difference where you actually sit. I'll try to get the measurements for the S (a friend of mine has one). All that's left is to measure the distance from my butt to the top of my head.
