is there a way to fix this?

it will cost you like 3x more to get a body shop to fix it... even at the cheapest price. if i were you, hit up the NICO mall.. or a junk yard and just get another one off some other s13.... im sure you can find one in a junk yard from an s13 that wa hit from the front... wrinkled damage is very pricy to fix

they will have to-pull glass-cut dented skin off-replace skin-repair/replace surrounding panels(bumper perhaps)-align surrounding panels(that bumper looks more & more suspect)-prep, paint-color match surrounding panels-install new side marker light-rewire antenna...etc...

$2400-2700 parts & labor if done at a premium shop would be my estimate, IF they can remove/replace that panel.

I had a similar job done years ago.. price was close to this.

just find a new fender, it will be much cheaper. hell, id even go to the dealership and pay a premium there, and it will still be cheaper than repairing that.

you cant just "replace" that....it's gotta be cut and welded...think about it :rolleyes

i got the whole rear section of my s13 coupe cut off and had a junkyard straight one welded on and all done up and primered for $1500

You're telling me that fender is unibody and not bolted? That's not so good news....
