Is there a tool for this?

I need to remove my power antenna. The little nut that holds it in is round with to little holes on the inside edge of it (against the antenna). Is there a tool I can use to get this thing off without scratching it up?

yes but i only know of the kent moore tool available to the dealers. I have used a pair af snap ring pliers to remove it. 90 degree ones work best just put the tips in and turn it.
