Is there a STOCK front lip?

I have two questions: I just saw an '89 240 on the junkyard and to my surprise it had a (rather small) but visible lip. I tried to take it off, but the mountings were so rusty that I'd have needed large cutters to cut the bolts that held it there. The lip itself looked like it was OE (the way it was put on), and the manual that was in the glove box, pictured a 240 with the exact same lip. Was there an option on the '89 240SX that included a small lip on the front bumper? I have been looking for a small lip for the 89-90 240 for a while and wasn't able to find one online, does any one know if it is made/sold at all?

i don't know about the 89 or 90's. all i know is about the s14's.

Is there a way to replace the s14 lip cheaply, mines scratched to hell so it's white, and there's a small crack in part of it

Its not all that cheap, but pick up a Greddy lip, its like 150 (better than 208 or 280 from the factory) and I think it looks better too.
