I am new to NICO with a 1991 d21, ka24e, soch, I need a used stock cam and a place to buy a new timing chjain set.

Try http://www.importperformanceparts.com for your cam, they're pretty cheap. You have to search for it from a SOHC 240 though. They have performance cams as well.

As for your timing chain, I say try your local parts store.
