Is there a Modification to disable the parking brake function for the DVD?

I have read numerous references to do so but have never heard the specifics. My guess is that it is probably a simple jumper but where to do so and which wires to jumper are the bigger issue.

Has anyone ever documented how to do so ~ and if so, can someone point me to the article? BTW ~ I own a 2006 M35x

I think it is also in our technical articles forum ... but I am not sure of this and will verify when I get a chance.
