I was looking on the internet and came across this http://www.lighting.philips.co...html. People here are saying that the european Osram Silverstars are much brighter and have 50% higher light output rather than the Sylvania silverstars 20%. Does anyone know if there is a difference? Thanks

I cant get the link to work, but I too would like to know more about these bulbs. I still want to replace my fogs and brights with something whiter/brighter to more closely match my stock HID's, and have considered the Silverstars. Any info from anyone would be

The Silverstars are made in Germany. They are voltage correct for the Q, and presumably, the J.
