Im going to attempt to put on my BC racing coilover this weekend. Is there a coilover install help on this forum for the altima coupe with step by step instruction and pics?

Only time you need a spring compressor is for springs. Coils will replace your whole strut so it won't be needed.

You DO need a spring compressor, don't you? Since the spring is independent of the shock in the rear. (I havent messed with oem styled coils in a while since I'm running a spring over shock setup in the rear too)

I dont think so. The only time you need a compressor is to actually seat the spring into the front strut tower. Im not sure about in conjunction with coils, but you can install/swap springs in the rear without a compressor.

i did my BCs about a month ago and i didn't need a compressor for the rear, just let it drop when you pull out the shock and it should just drop and you pull it out, if i remember right
