Is the Main Pulley a Damper Pulley?

i've been eyeing the underdrive pulley upgrade, but not sure if it is a damper pulley. my last vehicle was a Galant VR4, and upgrading to a non damper pulley would mess up the engine less it was blueprinted/balanced for minimal vibration etc etc....

I see alot of you guys do the upgrade. any notice with vibrations?

Q= IS THE STOCK PULLEY A DAMPER PULLEY?

Q#2 = IS THERE A MAJOR DIFF BETWEEN unorthodoxes and the other brand? ... pricing aside of course

s13 currently has headers,3" exhuast, and intake filter.. haven't gone to the nice shiny metal housing yet.. but kinda ehh on it...
