Top of the line M56 > top of the line M37. Exterior doesn't always say what's under the hood.LIBRILZ wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2019 4:24 pmPretty easy to tell still what kinda of infiniti someone has, usually the nicer ones have bigger wheels and additional body trim, it always gives it away..but lets consider they did continue the old naming nomenclature..new Q50 and Q60 would be G30 and G30 coupe respectively lol
thanks ed you probably have seen me commenting on your videos im akira maruyama on youtube appreciate all the help youve given to the small but strong infiniti m45 communityEdBwoy wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2019 4:12 amThat's the G series. G37 sedan (correction) was renamed to Q40 briefly. The G sedan was replaced by the Q50, the new coupe is the Q60
The M45 and M35 were replaced by the M56 and M37. The flagship sedan was renamed Q70 in 2014 as Infiniti renamed their entire lineup.
So yeah, the M45 was discontinued after 2010.
i agree if i did own the boss version i would probably throw on a V8 Badge on it on the opposite side of the Q70 emblemIlya wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2019 8:16 am5 years later, Infiniti's re-naming is still idiotic.
Used to be able to look at an Infiniti and know what series and what motor it had when sitting behind it at a light. Now, if you are behind a Q70 at a light, you have no idea if they are a peasant with a 3.7L V6 or boss with a 5.6L V8.
