Is the J30 "based" on a particular Nissan?

I know that Lexus and Acura have Camry and Accord counterparts that they are based on and there is some parts interchangability. Do we have the same for the J30? Or is the car completely unique?

Fairly certain there was no US market equivalent to the Infiniti J30, as Nissan has not offered any RWD Sedan since the "810" Maxima, IIRC.

Its a unique vehicle. However the engine and some engine related components are shared with the Nissan 300zx. Everything else is unique to the car.
