Just wondering if anyone knows if the interior is protected with Scotchguard, cause I was thinking of doing it?

if you paid for the bs $700 protection package from nissan, than your interior is scotchguarded. Otherwise, no. It should be hand written on your window sticker, or you should have been informed by your dealer about it while purchasing.

I did not pay anything extra. so i think it's safe to assume that it has not been done. Looks like I'll be heading out to the hardware store and picking some up.

If you have it you would know. In most cases it's not given by default. You'll have to pay extra for it. Sometimes dealers will put in on all their cars and add it to the cost of the car. So you may have already paid for it and didn't know it. Check with your dealer.

I unloaded a can of Scotchgaurd on the interior as soon as I got my V. I was concerned that the beige would get visibly dirtier. I will shampoo it as needed in the future and reapply more Scotchgaurd. So far, it still looks good and no scotch stains.
