Hello!

Could anyone please tell me if the mirror from a Nissan 350Z is the same as the one used in the G35 and other Infinity cars? This is the mirror I'm taking about:

This is the Homelink / Auto-dim one, I'd like to know if the same part is interchangable between Nissan and Infinity.

Thanks,

Chris.

Firstly Welcome to NICO!

Secondly... it's Infiniti...sorry had to correct you on that one

And lastly.... that's a damn good question...I have an 05' Coupe and that mirror looks way different. Not sure if they are compatable..I have no doubt someone here will be able to help you.

Hey ukchris,

I have an 04 G35 Coupe and it looks the same to me...I am driving our I30 today, but when I get home I will take a pic for you to compare.

Here is a pic of my Rearview Mirror...pretty close match. I looked on the V1 website for that accessory, but could not find it. How/where did you find that? If it works that would be awesome...good luck!!

Thanks TJ, that's a big help, I've had two people confirm it looks the same now. I suspect it's an option so it doesn't match everyone's mirror but that it should fit an Infinity.

To explain a little more, it's a Nissan 350Z mirror, I etched the pattern in to the glass then disassembled a V1 remote display and installed it in the mirror. The jack plug and mute switch for the remote display are on the back of the mirror so it's all plug and play and within easy reach for muting the alerts.

It's on ebay at the moment, just search for V1 mirror

Chris.
