Is the Idler pulley and tensioner the same?rb20/25/26dett

IS the idler pulley, tensioner the same on the rb20/25/26dett?

I have an rb20det and i have the tensioner number 13070-42l00 and i also found the number for the idler pulley 13074-58s00. The idler pulley number is not good. can i find these part in any usdm cars? is it the same as an rb25/rb26det?
