the gt-rs is better suited to the 25 than the 2530 is but the 2530 will have amazing stock like response with about 320-350hp capability.

why is that?

right now i have the basic swap mods (fmic, 3" turboback, fpr, walbro ect) along with a power fc + datalogit (on the way), boost controller. how much boost can the 2530 handle safely? from what i read the stock turbo can go to 12psi safely for dd and thats what im getting my current setup dyno tuned for as soon as the datalogit comes in. im hoping for around 350 when i get a new turbo/injectors. would i need anything else besides the injectors to support a turbo upgrade?

the 2530 needs quite a bit of boost to get to the 350hp level where as the rs doesnt...the rs is a more efficient turbo than the 2530 but is also slightly larger.
