Is the g35 coupe the next skyline

Ok..i work at a Nissan dealership, and I heard that the G35 was the US version of the next skyline or something. Can anyone on here confirm this so i can rub it in their faces?

the new skyline is a v35 which replaced the king of all skylines the r34. now i dont know what nissans plans are but i believe they are still supposed to put the r35(the gt-r model awd twin turbo) into production. dont quote me on any of that poice
