Is the borla exhaust axle-back or cat-back?

All things Altima Coupe.

It sounds like a beast and adds some power. The bigger tail pipes also look better because they fill the hole in the bumper.

Would it be helpful to get a custom midpipe that compliments the diameter of the borla exhaust?

Can someone explain what replacing our midpipe if we get a axelback would do as far as sound or performance?
