Is the AC compressor of KA24E 240sx the same as 97 Hardbody?

I have a 97 hardbody pickup and the AC compressor is seized and I was wondering if the parts from the 240sx KA24E were interchangeable? If not, where is a good cheap place to find a compressor?

The pulleys are different. The 240sx uses a multi-v belt system, the trucks use standard V belts. This doesn't mean it's impossible to switch things around though.
