I searched forums and found partial answers or parts list for the front, best does anyone know all the parts needed? I know you need s13/14 front lca, tension bar, coilovers, etc. but what about the rear? Do s14 coilovers just replace the rear struts or does it need s chassis rear control arms etc?
Any help would be appreciated, just picked up a 1999 q45 with the adjustable suspension but its completely shot.

Keep us in the loop- it's hard with the y33 to sort out replacement suspension esp. if you are lowering - there are only a few options - i.e. Coilovers with spindles will cost $1200.00 - for front and rear.

Through another website vipstyles, I found that s14 240sx coilovers will bolt directly in the rear. Y33 control arms all work up front with s14 front spindle assembly as long as you press s14 lbj into the y33 control arms. Then all you need is adjustable tension rods and aftermarket outer tie rod ends. If you plan on not slamming the car and just lowering it a bit this is the cheapest route to go. Alot of people use s13 parts because they slam it and since the s13 tracks narrower it is better because of less camber.
I will keep this thread updated as I go along and write a more detailed thread

Well I ended up landing a set of used JIC magic coilovers from japan. I kept the stock control arms and used s14 tension rods in the front. Drives great. Setup cost me about 650
