Is Super Hicas Super?

I was thinking of getting 1991 240sx hatchback with the super hicas package. Does anyone have one? What do you think? I don't really want to drift it. Go fast once in a while, a little autocrossing, etc.

My 1991 240sx hatch has it but I think i broke it somehow lol...i think you should because if you stop liking it they make a hicas delete kit for it. thats what im going to do soon. but i really dont need to since its broken.
