I was reading this story by Denis Flierl discussing reasons of why Rogue Sport is good for those people who live in cities.

Question: I see it gets 25 MPG in in a city driving. Is that good these days? Is there a Rogue hybrid option?

Thank you.

lol i'd LOVE 25 mpg. more like 15. no joke....less in the winter. that said, she starts every day, gets me where i need to go. is easy to park due to smaller size and hasn't cost much in upkeep since i bought mine in 2009.

again....LOL 25mpg.....HA!!

You're lucky if you get over 20 in urban city driving. The engine tech in the Rogue is ancient and you'll never get 25 MPG in true city driving.

There is a Rogue Hybrid (not the sport model) but I think it's only available in select US markets. Bit of a strange decision but oh well.

If you drive like a gma and your city driving has less stop and go traffic, then you should be able to see that 25 MPG or more. I achieve 28 MPG in my city driving, even though I am a heavy footer and I usually do more than speed limit on the Rogue (not saying how much over, but it ain't the speed limit).
